Learning at an older age (mid 30s) after some casual instruction from family on my Ls I decided to bite the bullet and... go for regular lessons to obtain my Ps. My original preference was CBT&A but due to Covid many instructors were booked up across Adelaide and I decided to try the VORT method with HeadRite Driving School. Felix was my instructor and was very friendly, patient, down to earth and a pleasure to drive with. Despite a shaky first lesson (on my end) he had my confidence up in no time at all, and my partner was always impressed how fast my driving was improving. Despite years of not either needing my license from living in big cities, to being nervous to start, I passed my VORT test first try within 4 months of lessons and driving practice! I got Alan as my instructor and couldn't have asked for someone as professional as him. He understood my level of... driving from being taught by my parents and helped me learn on those skills. He was patient and helped me understand how the VORT was going to take place.Would definitely recommend for someone who wants to do the VORT but is nervous on completing it.read more

Steve the instructor was great, however the rest of our experience i believe is a scam. My daughter is not a perfect... driver but how can she be expected to perform let alone pass when 2 different instructors teach different methods that contradict one another and then deny it. Very quick to ask for payment all upfront then dodge responsibility for the lack of guidance provided.read more

I had Steve as an instructor and he was absolutely fantastic! The 8-hour Intensive Program was great value and is... definitely a great asset in achieving my P1 license. Highly recommend!read more

Highly Recommend HRDS, communication is fabulous through Kylie, very professional teachers. All super friendly and... make your young driver confident in the road. As a parent driver you do your best to teach them but we do become complacent and there are certain aspects only the professionals can teach! Thank you HRDSread more
